With classical Greek figures in terra-cotta on a painted black background. A bell krater was an ancient Greek vessel sometimes used for diluting wine with water.

Fine, Northern Italian, painted and parcel gilded table de milieu
With marble top having outset corners above a scrolling foliate-carved frieze (en arabesque), with female masks at the corners, the whole atop tapering, stop-fluted legs terminating in lion's paw feet. Circa 1780.

Very fine, French, Louis XVI period painted bed
The sides carved with Vitruvian scroll bands over a conforming leather upholstered panel flanked by square bellflower carved stop fluted stiles headed by paterae surmounted by foliate finials and raised on stop fluted tapered legs joined by rectangular leather upholstered rails carved with palmettes. Circa 1780.
